This Payment Policy explains how payments and transactions are handled on wearecantera.shop.
Accepted payment methods
The methods currently available at checkout are:
- Credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, plus other card networks displayed at checkout.
- Klarna.
- Shop Pay.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices and browsers.
PayPal is not currently offered. Available methods can depend on the device, browser and eligibility checks performed by the payment provider.
All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP).
Payment processing
- Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
- An order is processed only after payment is authorised.
- If payment is declined or fails, the order is not confirmed.
Prices, tax and shipping
- Product, cart and checkout prices are shown in GBP.
- Applicable taxes are shown before payment.
- Free tracked UK shipping applies to every UK order with no minimum spend.
Secure payment handling
The website uses HTTPS/SSL and Shopify’s payment infrastructure. We do not store complete card numbers or card-security codes. Payment data is handled by certified payment providers.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy. If you believe there is a billing problem, contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate.
Fraud prevention
We may pause or cancel an order where fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected. A payment provider may request additional verification.
