This policy explains where Cantera delivers, how long delivery is expected to take, and how customers can track or report an order.
Delivery area
Cantera currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery costs and timing
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 5–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days from the date the order is placed
- Shipping cost: Free tracked shipping, with no minimum order value
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM UK time. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Peak trading periods, public holidays, severe weather, customs checks or carrier disruption may occasionally affect delivery times.
Fulfilment and carriers
Cantera is an online women’s activewear and athleisure retailer serving customers in the United Kingdom. Some orders may be dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners and may originate outside the United Kingdom.
The carrier used may vary depending on the product, dispatch location and delivery address. The carrier and available tracking details will be included in the dispatch confirmation email. We cannot confirm a specific carrier before an order is dispatched.
Our registered office is not a warehouse, shop, collection point or returns address. Please do not send returns there unless our customer-care team has instructed you to do so.
Order tracking
When an order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email containing the available tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect orders
If an order is delayed, has not arrived, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact Cantera through our Contact page. Include the order number and a brief description of the issue so our customer-care team can investigate.
Where relevant, please also provide clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and item received. We will review the information and explain the available next steps.
